24th International Conference on Social Processes and Personality

Thematic Focus

The Social Processes and Personality conference will present contributions from basic and applied research in the field of social psychology and personality psychology, including contributions from related disciplines that relate to these fields.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts can be submitted from March 4 to May 31, 2024, through an online form.

Abstracts must be in Czech/Slovak and English. An abstract should include the objective, methods/procedures used, results, and conclusions. The length of the abstract is limited to a maximum of 1500 characters including spaces.

Types of Contributions

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are limited to a 20-minute time slot, including a five-minute discussion. A notebook with a data projector will be available. If you are interested in using other presentation technology, please contact the organizers.

Symposium

A symposium is considered a set of presentations on a specific topic within the conference's scope (not a broad or general topic like social psychology or school psychology). The symposium is initially registered by the symposium leader. In the second step, contributions to the symposium can be registered by the symposium leader or the authors themselves. A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 contributions related to the symposium topic, presented by different authors (no two contributions at the symposium can have the same presenting author, but co-authors may overlap), are required for registration.

Poster

Poster presentations will take place during the poster session. Panels of 90x120 cm will be available. Presenting authors are required to be present during the poster session at their posters.
