Dear colleagues,

We warmly invite you to the 24th conference on Social Processes and Personality, which will be held from September 11 to 13, 2024, at the AV ČR Conference Center in the Třešť Castle. The organization of the conference rotates among four institutions: the Social Science Institute CSPV SAV in Košice and the Institute of Experimental Psychology CSPV SAV in Bratislava, the Institute of Psychology FF MU in Brno, and the Institute of Psychology AV ČR, v. v. i., which is the main organizer of this year's conference.

As in previous years, we aim to provide a platform for presenting current research conducted in Slovakia and the Czech Republic related to the functioning of individuals or groups in a social context. What can you look forward to? We are pleased to inform you that Vladimíra Čavojová and Sylvie Graf have accepted our invitation to speak as keynote speakers. They will also prepare invited symposia with their teams. On behalf of the scientific committee, we would like to invite other scientists from Slovakia and the Czech Republic to submit thematically focused symposia.

The SPO conference is also widely attended by doctoral students from both countries. We aim to prepare not only an attractive program for them but also to create a friendly environment where they can present the results of their projects. A novelty of this year's edition will be two pre-conference workshops. There will also be a poster section with awards for the best posters.

We would like to continue the activity that received great attention at SPO22. Therefore, we are preparing a discussion forum for you with experts who are involved in the application of artificial intelligence in psychology.

On behalf of the scientific and organizing committee, we cordially invite you again to SPO24. With your help, we will do everything to ensure that the conference provides attractive and interesting scientific content, offers opportunities for collaboration, and informal meetings.
